What you’ll be doing 🏘️

As a Payment Support Assistant, you'll provide organised and effective support to our teams and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Taking ownership of inquiries and providing efficient service for incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Preparing correspondence and maintaining standard documents used by the team.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and property information.
  • Handling debt recovery processes responsibly, including negotiating payment plans and making referrals to support services.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and exceeding our Customer Care standards.

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Clear and effective communication abilities.
  • Strong data recording and processing skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external agencies.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet customer needs and cover for colleagues.

 

Knowledge of license and tenancy terms and conditions would be advantageous but it’s not essential – as long as you’re adaptable and committed to making a positive impact, we’ll teach you the rest! 😄
